Order, Payment, and Shipping
Welcome to WWW.MMED.COM, the website that will help you order M MED products in simple steps and prepare you to experience MST standard products as a result of the collaboration between M-MED and Mahidol University, an institution that has been recognized and renowned both domestically and internationally for more than 100 years, leading to M-MED (EMMED) products.
You can choose MMED quality products through the steps as follow:
Step 1: Search and add product to cart.
1) Go to the product page, start looking for the products you want or type your search on the website
2) Select the product you want and press “Add to Cart” to select the product in the order list.
3) Find more products and repeat 2)
Step 2: Order Details
1) Sign in (in case you haven't registered as a member yet, press the register button)
2) Press the summary of the order in the cart. Check the order list, amount, and price, you can remove unwanted items from the list or edit the ordered amount in this step.
3) Check information about the buyer: shipping name and address, and press confirm the order.
4) The price of the products sold through the website has included the legal 7% VAT but does not include shipping cost. The total price is the price of the product you ordered including VAT and shipping cost according to the rate stated on the shipping page.

Step 3: Payment
1) Choose a payment method

2) In case of doubts in payment, the company may request additional documentation from you, such as a copy of your credit card, passport, or driving license; the company reserves the right to cancel the order if the payment is questionable.
3) Press the confirm payment button.
4) An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact customer service at, or call 064-662-4421.
Step 4: Shipment
1) You can check the shipment by yourself by pressing the “Delivery Status” button.
2) Only the orders that have been approved by the bank or payee will be shipped to you.
3) Orders must be placed and paid for before 7:00 PM of that day. After 7:00 PM, the product will be shipped the next day.
4) The products will be shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday), not on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) and public holidays.
5) Delivery time
: Areas in Bangkok and metropolitan region: 1-3 business days;
: Upcountry areas: 3-7 business days;
: Remote and special areas: 5-7 business days.
6) Please inspect the product and sign upon receiving every time.
7) The company cannot accept orders for shipment outside of Thailand (unless the customer is interested in being a distributor). Please contact via email or customer service at 064-662-4421.
8) In the event that the product is temporarily out of stock at the time you place the order, the staff will inform you of the delivery date as soon as the new stock arrives.
