Return and Refund Policy
1) You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving with the restrictions as follow:
1.1. Customers must record a video while opening the product packaging as evidence of receiving the product.
1.2. The product must be in the same condition as when receiving and the customer must report the issue together with evidence.
1.3. We reserve the right to not accept damaged products caused by the actions of the customers, whether intentional or not.
1.4. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs (both in receiving and returning products), except in the case of damaged products caused by the manufacturing and/or shipment of MMED. The company will gladly deliver the proper product to you and cover all expenses.
1.5. We reserve the right to accept returned products purchased from WWW.MMED.COM solely.
2) The customer cannot cancel the order if the payment has been made (except in the case of products temporarily out of stock and the customer wishes to request a refund).
3) Refund: Customers will receive a refund with the requirements as follow:
3.1. After receiving the returned product and examining that the product is undamaged, the company will send an email for confirmation.
3.2. If the company is unable to deliver the product to the customer, the company will issue a full refund with no deductions (unless the customer gave an unclear name, address, and contact number, in which case the company will issue a partial refund deducting service charges).
3.3. Refund period after the company confirms through email.
: If the customer makes payments via a credit or debit card from a commercial bank registered in Thailand, the refund will be returned to the credit card or debit card used for payment. The process will take an approximate time of 20-30 working days depending on the issuing bank's credit card billing cycle.
: If the customer makes payment via Mobile Banking, the refund will be returned to the name and account number that the customer used for the product payment only. The process will take no more than 30 working days.
: If the customer makes payment through the application or other payment methods, the customer will have to contact that service provider. The period of processing is subject to the conditions of that service provider.
